United States President Donald Trump has publicly praised rapper Nicki Minaj, describing her as “so hot” while welcoming her at a White House Rose Garden luncheon.
The remark, made during an introduction at the event on Monday, has since attracted widespread attention online after clips from the ceremony circulated across social media.
Speaking before guests, Trump commended the award-winning rapper for her talent and friendship, saying: “We also have a woman that is respected and so hot. She is such a great friend, a fantastic person, a woman that is respected by everybody, and she’s got real talent; we have Nicki Minaj.”
Minaj later reacted to the moment on X, sharing photographs from the White House gathering. In her post, she appeared to welcome the president’s remarks, writing: “Whoa! #WhiteHouseBarbie with her favorite President of all time!”
The latest appearance further underscores the rapper’s growing public association with Trump.
Earlier this year, Minaj attended the Trump Accounts Summit in Washington, where she openly expressed support for the president.
During the event, she described herself as “probably the president’s number one fan,” adding that criticism of her political stance would not influence her views.
