Delta dep director’s killing: Police arrest commissioner, 3 others
Delta State Police Command says it has taken the Commissioner for Secondary Education, Dr. Kingsley Ashibogwu, and three other suspects into custody over the death of Mr Unity Ekpevbughe Adeda, Deputy Director in the state Ministry of Secondary Education.
